A1: There are two ways to adjust the temperature: One is to adjust the switch on the back-top of the broiler; another is to adjust the distance between the food and the surface of the burner. The closer, the higher temperature.Q2: How can I get a temperature higher than 800 degree C?
A2: we suggest to set the gas pressure between 30mbar and 50mbar. Generally speaking ,bigger gas cylinders gives higher outlet pressure. The outlet gas pressure from the mini gas cans or bottles can also be used, but not enough for your broiler to give a 800 degree or higher temperature. Q3: Is the broiler smoky?
A3: Almost no. The reason is: since the burner is on the top of the broiler, the oil and seasoner will not be dropped on the fire. So that there will be no smoke. But if the food is scorched, smoke will be produced. Putting some water into the tray on the bottom of the broiler can also help to reduce smoke.Q4: On what principle this broiler works?
A4: The food in the broiler is cooked by the far infrared ray emitted by the infrared burner on the top of the broiler. The infrared ray will be spread to the food evenly. So the more flat the food is, the better effect it will be cooked. Q5: Is it too hot to be touched when it is working?
A5: It is a Two-Layer-Design. There are inner and outter pannels on the broiler. So that when is is working, the side and bottom are not to hot. But since the hot air goes up, so the temperature on the top and the valve is around 80~100 degree C. This part can be used as warming the food after the cooking. Do not touch the top and the valve when it is working. Q6: Can it be easily broken? Is there a warranty?
A6: This broiler is made by SS304 pannels. Except the igniter, all other parts are machenical. The broiler is so firm that it can hardly be failed unless the ceramic tile is broken. So to protect the broiler, the key is to protect the ceramic tiles on the burner.

A7: Normally, the burner consumes only 150~250g LPG gas per hour. This means you can cook with the broiler for more than one hour,even with a 200g mini gas can .
